Global Tech Career digital products are sold through Hotmart checkout. The refund period, eligibility, process, and payment reversal conditions are those shown on the relevant checkout page and in Hotmart's applicable buyer policies at the time of purchase. If the checkout displays a 7-day guarantee, that offer is subject to the conditions stated there.

How to request a refund

Use the purchase/refund option available in your Hotmart account or the support link in your purchase confirmation email. Hotmart may request purchase details to locate the transaction. For help accessing course content, contact [email protected] and include your order reference without sending full card details.

Processing

Refund approval and processing are handled under the applicable checkout provider rules and payment-network/bank timelines. Once approved, the credit may take additional time to appear depending on the payment method and issuer.
